    1. Product DescriptionWelding flux HJ350 is a kind of Medium-Manganese oxide and medium-SiO2 medium-CaF2 smelt flux. It is a kind of granule brown to light yellow color, The size is about 2.5-0.45mm(8-40 mesh) and 1.5mm-0.18mm (14-80 mesh),  When used on AC or DC(+). It is good at welding and weld-ability.

    2. APPLICATION: In combination with H08MnA, H10Mn2, Mn082Mo welding wire, this flux is suitable for welding low alloy high-strength steel ( such as 16Mn, 15MnVN ),welding the important structures, the fabrication of ships, boilers and pressure vessels etc.

    The small size( 14mesh to 80 mesh ) is recommended for welding of Thin plate with small diameter wires.

    5.--Usage of guiding:

    1.)    - Dry the flux at 250 ℃ for 2 hours before used.

    2.)    - Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.
