Introduction of Flux cored wire 8253:
The flux cored wire 8253 is designed for hard-facing on the surfacing of fan wheel liner. the hard-facing layer is abrasion resistant and anti-corrosion when the fan is any working conditions. The cored flux is including the Ceramet, Carbide, Chrome alloy and Ferroalloy and etc. Also, the welding layer is hardness and good abrasion and high temperature resistance. This is a new welding wire for fan industry and rebuilding the cement roller mill. The welding bead is smoothly and without cracks.
Advantage of surfacing:
The flux coed wire advantage is including the Welding ARC table, the good bead appearance, easy for striking ARC, lower smoking and welding spatter. Many hardfacing layers is available and no cracking on the surfacing.
Chemical components ( w t. %):
C: 0.1 ~0.15%; Cr: 6~ 15%; Mo: <1 %; Mn: 1 ~2%; Si: < 1; others.
Hard-facing layer hardness: ≥ HRC 60;
Diameter of wire: 1.6mm / 1.2mm
Packing and Package: 15KG/ Plastic Spool with PET inner bag and Box.
