Welding flux HJ431 is a kind of high manganese oxide and SiO2,CaF2 smelted flux.
it is a kind of granule red brown to light yellow color;
and 1.5mm ~ 1.8mm ( 14mesh ~ 80 mesh );
and powder size: 100 mesh ~ 200 mesh;
The Chemical of welding Flux:
Mn +SiO2: 74 ~ 82 %;
CaF2+CaO: 10 ~ 14%;
Mg+Al2O3: 9 ~ 12 %;
when used on AC or DC+.
It is good at welding and weld-ability;
Application of High Silicon manganese oxide selted flux:
In combination with Welding wire EL12; EM12K; EH14. this conbination is suitable for welding LOW ALLOY STEEL, HIGH STRENGTH STEEL( 16Mn, 15MnVN) , the important structures, the fabrication of ships, boilers and pressure vessels etc.
